1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and d999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the d999 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and payment facilities available at d999.ws.

By accessing the d999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

d999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including government-issued identification and proof of address, at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the d999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account. d999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Verification

d999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at our sole discretion at any other time, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot or statement showing the account is registered in your name).

Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended until all requested KYC documents have been reviewed and approved. d999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two business days of receiving all required documentation.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

d999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. d999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with prior notice published on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is outstanding, where a transaction requires additional security review, or during periods of high transaction volume. d999 will not be liable for delays caused by payment network congestion or actions of third-party payment processors.

4.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your d999 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review. d999 is obligated to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls and reserves the right to request evidence of the legitimate source of deposited funds.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on d999 are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

d999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and passed identity verification.

• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from accounts without compensation.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on d999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. d999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed applicable maximum stake limits. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation and a unique bet reference number within your account.

6.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that d999 publishes incorrect odds, incorrect game odds, or any other erroneous information due to a technical fault or human error, d999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion. d999 will not be liable to pay winnings based on manifestly incorrect prices.

6.3 Casino Games

• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that could be construed as corruption in sport.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing d999 staff, support agents, or other users.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using a third party's account.
• Engaging in any form of systematic bonus abuse, including patterns of wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the d999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, text, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of d999 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned or licensed by d999.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the d999 platform without the prior written consent of d999. Unauthorised use of d999's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Limitation of Liability

12.3 Account Termination by d999

13 Governing Law
